Heading to Disney World? Here are some of my travel tips.

  • You can bring in a cooler bag. Keep the contents cold with frozen juice boxes (like Capri Sun 100% juice or the Roaring waters low carb ones)
  • Order groceries delivery from Walmart (free trial)
  • For hydration: In addition to packing refillable water bottles, bring electrolyte drink packets (IQ mix are one of my favorites), a variety of cold drinks you like- iced teas, kombucha, sparkling waters, frozen juice boxes, Olipop (coupon code “SYRAH” gets you 15% off on the Olipop website)…these lemonade packets* are great- we love all the flavors!, especially when the water from the drinking fountain refilling water bottle with does not taste great
    • *iherb coupon code GIV796 for 10% off first order, 5% off all other orders
  • For protein: string cheese, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, meat sticks, tuna packets, hard boiled eggs, biltong jerkey.

iherb coupon code GIV796 for 10% off first order, 5% off all other orders

  • Meal options I recommend at Disney:
    • Pecos Bill (Magic Kingdom): rice bowl or plant based rice bowl
    • Docking Bay (Hollywood Studios): Roasted Endorian Chicken Salad or falafel and hummus wrap
    • Flame tree (Animal Kingdom): 1/2 Chicken with baked beans or Smokehouse Chicken Salad
    • Satu’li Canteen (Animal Kingdom): many healthy options! I like the Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl
