Plant Sterols and Stanols

Nuts/ seeds: almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, pecans, peanuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia.

Olive oil

Whole grains: rice bran, wheat germ, oat bran, bran, whole wheat, and brown rice.

Legumes: beans, lentils, split peas.

Vegetables: Carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, and cabbage.
