Combine, beat up a bit:

1 pound ground beef (ground turkey is ok too)

Ketchup “generous amount”

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup panko (the best gluten free panko is Jeff Nathan’s)

1/2 tsp onion powder

Use a melon ball shaper to make about 20 balls. Cook in air fryer or oven tray at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Turn 1/2 way through.

These freeze well.
