There are a lot more elaborate recipes out there- this is the simplest way to make. good in a sandwich or salad

1 can (15 oz) wild salmon 

1-2 eggs

bread crumbs (best gluten free bread crumbs)

chopped herbs (dill, oregano, thyme, etc

chopped onion

Mix all ingredients along with sea salt and pepper in food processor. Fry in pan over medium high heat in either coconut oil or ghee, butter or duck fat

serve with tzatziki sauce or guacamole & green vegetables
