Recipe: Greek Dressing with fresh Oregano

Mix these ingredients together in a jar:

  • 1 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t dijon mustard
  • a bunch of chopped oregano
  • salt & pepper

Whisk in:

  • 4 T olive oil

Enjoy with greek salad – tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, etc. YUM!
